Campaign Management is the discipline behind a campaign from beginning to end: objective, audience, idea, messaging, budget, content, production, channels, execution, monitoring, optimization and measurement. At Tahbeer, we do not treat a campaign as a list of disconnected services; we manage it as one connected system built around a clear objective.
What happens behind a campaign?
Objective
We define the intended outcome: awareness, launch, reach, traffic, leads, sales or another measurable goal.
Audience
We define who we need to reach, where they are and what response we want to encourage.
Idea & Message
We build the campaign idea, offer and messages that connect content to the objective.
Budget & Channels
We determine where the budget goes and how it is distributed across channels, services and stages.
Content & Production
We define what needs writing, design, photography, video or other creative production and connect it to the channels.
Coordination & Execution
We connect content, production, platforms, advertising, influencers and other parties through one plan and timeline.
Monitoring & Optimization
We monitor performance during the campaign and adjust targeting, messaging or allocation when the data supports it.
Measurement & Reporting
We connect results to agreed indicators and explain what happened and what can be improved.
How do Tahbeer services work together?
A campaign may start with strategy, then require brand or campaign identity, content and production, digital platform management, digital marketing, media planning and buying, influencer marketing and sometimes public relations. Not every campaign needs every service; the right combination is defined by the objective, audience and scope, then connected through one plan.
What is the objective?
Awareness, launch, reach, traffic, leads, sales or another measurable outcome.
Who is the audience?
Who do we need to reach, where are they, and what could move them to the next response?
Which channels fit?
We choose channels and services according to the objective and audience, not simply because they are popular.
How will we measure?
We define success indicators early so we can see what needs to scale, change or stop during execution.
Strategy
We define the objective, audience, message and desired outcomes.
Build
We prepare the idea, content, production and required channels.
Launch
We launch the campaign and coordinate execution across services, teams and channels.
Measure
We measure results, optimize performance and capture what can be improved next.
How can the budget be allocated?
There is no fixed percentage split for every campaign, but an initial allocation can help illustrate the approach and then be adjusted according to the objective, audience, channels and actual performance. For example, a launch campaign might initially allocate 40% to reach and awareness, 30% to engagement and traffic, 20% to conversion or lead generation, and 10% to testing, optimization and reallocating spend. These are illustrative starting points, not a rule; the mix can change significantly when the objective is direct sales or when one channel proves more effective.
Example: launching a new real-estate project
The plan may begin with marketing strategy defining the audience, locations and message, followed by campaign concept, content and production. The campaign can then run across Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok with paid advertising, retargeting for people who showed interest, and influencers when relevant. Visits, leads and other agreed outcomes are measured while the campaign is running. Campaign management keeps all these elements connected.
Another example: a new telecom package
The objective may require broad and fast reach, so the plan can combine short-form content, digital advertising, influencers, social platforms and clear offer messaging. Reach, engagement and conversions are monitored and the campaign elements are refined during execution.
